About Rosamondford Turkey Farm
Rosamondford Farm has been in the Slade family for more than 80 years. Steven and Sarah are the third-generation Slades to run the farm.
Starting with only 50 turkeys 60 years ago, we have built the business and are now producing over 8000 free range turkeys to this current date
Our Story
Our core aim is to supply an outstandingly good-quality succulent turkey for your Christmas dinner. All our birds are raised from one-day old chicks. From the moment they arrive, they are fed on a simple diet of wheat and vegetables which are free from drugs, additives and growth promoters.

The turkeys have a long, happy and active life. They are free to roam the paddocks and sleep overnight in a comfortable, warm barn safe from predators and worry.
The key differences:

-
Our turkeys are specially-bred for traditional flavor — not size
-
Our turkeys are grown slowly and for much longer to full maturity
-
Our turkeys are fed on high quality natural feeds
-
Our turkeys are tended by caring farmers who ensure the highest welfare conditions
-
Our turkeys are prepared to the highest standards and matured for a minimum of seven days
-
Our turkeys are individually packed in presentation boxes with vacuum-packed giblets and information leaflet.

Meet The Family
Elle - Daughter
Studied agriculture/farm business and management.
Elle loves the beef and livestock side of the business as well as running her own marketing business. She is often found with her calf’s.
Elle also deals with most customer inquiries, social media and general production of the farm
Steven - Dad
Steven, aka ‘Boss man’ is the whole face and majority of the brains behind the family and business.
Steven took on the farm in his late teens and very much like Elle loves the livestock and cows. You won’t ever catch him not busy. Steven originally started with 10 turkeys when he was 18 years old. In 35 years Steven has increased numbers by almost 9000
Sam - Son

Sam is very much our handy man, he is always looking for things to fix and build. He's very good at making farm life easier as well as looking for ways to improve our current system as well as bringing new ideas and ventures to the farm. He’s more often than not found on a digger.
MUM. We cannot forget
